Today we learn that Judge Robert Bork has settled his slip and fall suit for an undisclosed amount. Here's what Bork said happened.
Now I got no problem when an injured party seeks justice in the court system. Its just kinda ironic when that injured party is one who is among the least favorable to allowing greater access to the judicial system to those who hold the least favorable strata in society. That's all.
