I've said before that it's hard for intellectuals to understand frontierspeople, and I still think so. I think Peggy is totally right about political discourse, but I think she's unfair and inconsistant to single out Palin
Well nobody is going to mistake Ledeen for an intellectual, as he points out. I am not going to argue with him about that issue, as I will concede to Ledeen who clearly knows his limitations best.
But just because Ledeen is not an intellectual does not mean he understands Frontierspeople, or anything really for that matter.
Anyway Noonan delivers a big time wingnut beatdown to greater wingnuttia over the Palin Pick and its worth a laugh. Or in Ledeen's case he knows what he feels and he feels that he has no need for book-learned pointy headed intellectuals who differ with his world view.
