Apparently Federalism will die because the Stimulus wil completely alter "the long-defined and successful relationship between the private sector and the government in this country."  

And this relationship has worked ever so flawlessly as of late.  You can tell just by checking your 401k statement and the foreclosure notices in the newpaper.
