Stupid is Stupid Does

This hysteria against the Harvard Law Dean reminds me of some of the nonsense portrayed against Supreme Court Nominee John Roberts. 

Specifically, I am referring to swiftboat style ads linking Roberts to Abortion Clinic Terrorism. This clearly was a bullshit charge.  He had nothing to do with arbortion clinic bombings.

What was true was that Roberts was qualified for the post.  He was only guilty of being a Republican Apparatchik.  He is not my cup of tea, but so far he has not F'd up as much as some of the others on the court.  It is still early, though.

But back to Koh.

I did not attend any Harvard Law school classes and I do not think his detractors did as well.

What I do know is the wingnuttery is hot and heavy.  Good chance this wingnut, Wehner, did not get involved with any of the group tea bagging this afternoon. Chances are that he is upset.

So he must have to satisfy himself with his wingnuttery against Koh. 

Take my word for it, no red blooded American is going to Subordinate the Constitution to foreign law.

The constitution always comes first so deal with that Wingnuts.
