Yes, Exactly…..Maybe...Er... No, Never mind

Quote of the Day on the Kagan Confirmation Hearings.

In response to a question from Senator Klobuchar about nominee John Roberts's famous umpire analogy, Kagan says that of course the job of a judge is not robotic, particularly at the Supreme Court level. Now, it's true that a robot can't be a judge, but the job of a justice would actually be more easily done by a robot than the job of a trial judge.

I say we use computers instead of Judges from now on. Sounds like an awesome idea in Wingnutopia. Remember the law simply is what it is in Wingnutopia. There are no gray areas. Something is either a ball or a strike. Simple.

On the other hand, what happens when liberal scientists figure out a way hack into the computers? Nope, never mind, this is a bad idea.

He's Probably got the hang of it by now. So give'em another chance. And with the Supreme Court and the good Lord on his side, why not give it a try. Write in Bush.
