Now they are changing the scary term “Earmark” to the less threatening “Programmatic requests” or PRASMs (Programmatic Requests ahead of subcommittee markups). Same earmarks - new name instead.
Take that Teabaggers. I swear, the D.C. fats cats you helped elect are laughing at you every chance they get.
This is almost as vicious as when Speaker Boehner put Michele Bachmann on the Intelligence Committee as a cruel and sick joke.
