Today - Hinderaker on Obama:
I think we can make it official as of today: Barack Obama has surpassed Jimmy Carter as the worst president of modern times.
Being a wingnut must really suck. Of course if you are a wingnut you are probably unable to fully understand your debauched and miserable condition.
In the old days, to police appropriate conduct amongst the folks, the Hinderakers of world would’ve been dragged around t’other side of the barn and their behavior would have been corrected. You can’t do that anymore; its progress and such. However, progress aside, as a society we have become soft. Hinderaker and his ilk are the result.
To correct this problem and to liberate the wingnut, and since there are few barns anymore, I propose an awesome new government program to educate those trapped within right wing counter culture. It is too bad there is not any stimulus funding left for such an endeavor. What else can you do?
