Rick Perry believes in the Global Global Warming Conspiracy

The Scientists are all tricksy and false!

Fielding audience questions after brief remarks that dwelled largely on fiscal and economic issues, Perry encountered one skeptic who said he was quoting from Perry's 2010 book, Fed Up!: Our Fight to Save America From Washington, then asked whether misgivings about climate science fueled distrust of federal research in general.

"I do believe that the issue of global warming has been politicized," Perry answered. "I think there are a substantial number of scientists who have manipulated data so that they will have dollars rolling into their projects. I think we're seeing it almost weekly or even daily, scientists who are coming forward and questioning the original idea that man-made global warming is what is causing the climate to change. Yes, our climates change. They've been changing ever since the earth was formed."

And the earth was formed about 6,000 years ago in Perry’s view, I bet.

Here’s the thing. If the Scientists are in it for the money and the whole thing is one goddamned conspiracy, why haven’t one of the Scientist blown the whistle on the conspiracy for ……… the MONEY. They are in for the money according to Perry and surely there is Big Money that’d come from a book deal, Foxnews appearances and an honored place in the wingnut welfare society.

Hell, Michael Barone recently won a Bradley Prize grant of $250,000 for lifetime achievements in winguttery. How much do you think a turncoat scientist could pull down from the wingnut welfare set if he exposed the greatest hoax in the history of mankind. I am betting big bucks. These bastard take care of their own.

These Pointy Headed Scientists must be like the new mafia where one of ‘em says to the another “Someday I will come to you with a scientific report that you must peer review and no matter what you must validate this document.” Money Talks and nobody is saying nothing, man. They are some seriously bad mofos.

He's Probably got the hang of it by now. So give'em another chance. And with the Supreme Court and the good Lord on his side, why not give it a try. Write in Bush.
