"Herman was unaware that China is a nuclear power. He didn't know that China is a nuclear power. Been that way since 1964, had no idea China was a nuclear power. And I said to myself, 'Hey, Herman, how about making an unwanted advance on a history book?'"
David Letterman
All good tea partiers know that book learning is elitist and of course, over-rated. What would one need from a history book anyway?
What is important is what you feel. If you know what you feel and feel what you believe is correct, then facts don't really matter. This all you need. Herman knows what he know about China and it feels about right.
