Let's Recap the stages of climate change denial.
Stage I - It’s a Hoax! AGW is all a conspiracy, Man. Quick put on your tin-foil hat!
Stage II - It is real but its not that bad. We can adapt to increase in temperature, because it is really small. Japan can deal with disaster better than Haiti because it is resilient. We can be resilient, too. Be the Ball. Be your Future.May Make your Future.
Stage III- It is real and may be super bad but there is nothing we can do about it. We shouldn't think about it anymore.
Stage IV - It is real and is superbad but if we do anything about it the Environmentalists will enslave us, take away our guns, impose the fairness doctrine and make us live in hobbit-homes in designated human habitation zones and eat turnips. Oh and the there will be a UN guard in front of every freakishly small hobbit home.
Stage V - It is real. It is Super Duper Bad. We could have done something about it but unfortunately, because Climate Scientists and Liberals were so mean and condescending with their science, theories and facts, it is too late to do it now. We should give up but increase the defense budget to prepare for the coming resource wars.
